Michelle answered the office phone on the first ring. She asked me to wait but a few seconds later Michelle, was able to help me. She did what I thought was impossible and got me in to the gorgeous surgery center for the very next day. She was so sweet and efficient. Thank you Dr Bajaj and your wonderful staff member Michelle.

I usually don’t take the time to write reviews, but the service I received at Remedy pain solutions was first class and compelled me to comment. Dr Bajaj and his staff were professional and efficient. I need to especially thank Michelle who is always attentive to the needs of the patients and has a way to putting me at ease, when procedures can cause anxiety. Thank you for making me feel so comfortable.

Dr Bajaj and his staff treat you like family. I have been a patient for almost 8 years and every procedure & experience with Remedy Pain Solutions has been a positive one. As someone who has “battled” spinal issues since 2010, it puts my mind at ease to know that my health and wellness is in the hands of someone who truly cares about his patients. My treatment is always in alignment with the unique situation that I’m faced with, which has ebbed and flowed over the past 13.5 years. Very blessed to have found Dr Bajaj and his team!

This was my first time getting a steroid shot in my back and I was pretty nervous. Michelle was so nice and understanding and definitely put me at my ease. Dr Bajaj did the procedure in a few minutes and it was over. I highly recommend him and his staff.

We live in Fresno and were highly recommended to Dr. Bajaj. And we are sure glad we did! It took us almost 5 hours to get there but so worth the drive! I was referred by my Surgeon-Dr. Watkins- in Marina Del Rey (I should add I had 3 disc's replaced in my cervical spine almost a year ago) and the very next day Michelle from Dr. Bajaj's office called and actually squeezed me in his schedule in two days! Wow! That's amazing for a new patient! This appointment was scheduled for Thursday January 11, 2024 at 12:00 pm. I was scheduled for an injection in my neck, specifically C1, C2-a little tricky area, and I was taken in at about 12:07-appt was at 12:00 pm. I was taken into the procedure suite (looked like a super clean operating room in his office) by Diego-whom by the way was super patient, very personable and very efficient-answered all my questions, set me up on the table, on my side and then Dr. Bajaj, came in, gave me the injection and 10 to 15 seconds later I got up, was able to walk out and I was done! From start to finish was about 20 minutes! I really wish most doctors worked that efficiently!!! I had my follow up call from Dr. Bajaj today-whom by the way is also very personable and very easy to talk to and makes sure to answer all my questions and I always have plenty:) We discussed how I felt and results after the injection were amazing! I could actually turn my entire head all the way around to the back on both sides! I haven't been able to do that for about a year and with no pain or stiffness! I highly recommend anyone experiencing pain to go see him! The staff is very friendly and so easy to work with! Thank you Dr. Bajaj and your wonderful staff! You make being a patient easy and at ease!
